Baby Day 2012
We’re celebrating our tiniest blessings (0-24 months) on Sunday, May 20th! Please plan to be here, and invite your family and friends. We will feature pictures and your family on the big screens as we introduce your littlest family member.
We need 3 things from you!
1) Pictures (a couple of your baby, and one family shot) via email (or you can send a hard copy with your name on the back so I can return them).
2) The bottom of this form to be filled out (or email me at joskeathley@gmail.com your answers…whatever is easier for you!).
3) RSVP. I just need to know if you will be there because I have a gift for each little one, but want to make sure I provide enough gifts.
