Timothy Crump, and his wife Cindy began their ministry at First Church in March 2003. They are both graduates of Olivet Nazarene University, where Pastor Tim received his Bachelors in Theology and a Masters of Arts in Religion and Cindy received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Pastor Tim was ordained in 1987.

Pastor Tim & Cindy have two children: Melanie, who is married to Jason Kwast, who serves as the Youth Pastor for the Marion, Ohio Church of the Nazarene, and Matthew, who works at Lowe's. Pastor Tim’s strengths are compassion, relevant Biblical preaching, vision casting, teamwork training, and an understanding of church fiscal responsibilities.
